The Port Harcourt Book Fair/Exhibition: Why You Should Pay For A Booth Now.

THE Port Harcourt Book Fair is here again. Holding from the 20th to 25th October 2014 at the marquee of Hotel Presidential Port Harcourt, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than the past years for several reasons.

First, because it is holding in the year Port Harcourt is UNESCO World Book Capital (WBC) and the Fair is part of the PH WBC programme. Your organization will be marketing on an international platform.

Secondly, because it is moving into a bigger space, hence there are opportunities for more exhibitors who were turned back in previous years for lack of room for them all;more space for clients to move around without bumping into one other; andbettervalue for money.

Thirdly, because we are expecting a wider range of visitors, taking advantage of the World Book Capital status. The Fair which will run concurrently with the Port Harcourt Book Festival will attract guests at the festival as some festival programmes have been scheduled to take place at the venue of the Book Fair/Exhibition.

Fourthly, because it is a great opportunity to network with other business organizations for leverage and productivity.

Finally, because you get a 10% discount when you pay for a booth before July 31st 2014.

The exhibition is not restricted to ‘book’ items alone. Past Exhibitors have included Heinemann Publishers, Macmillan Publishers, Laterna Ventures, Elizabeth Alfred, Glendora International, Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilization, Indian Institute of Hardway Technologies,Kachifo Ltd and hundreds more.

Putting our seven years experience to work, we offer you an unbeatable opportunity to get the world to see your goods and services throughout the week of the Port Harcourt Book Festival which has been described by ThisDay Newspapers as ‘…arguably the biggest of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa’.

The weeklong festival programme includes, aside the Book Fair/Exhibition, writers’ workshops, interactive session with authors, drama, seminars, workshops for children, etc., and attracts important personalities and institutions.
